Application: Refers to In-Tune Moto, provided by Esperian Interactive LLC.

Optional Data: camera, photo, or location data, only when you grant permission. Camera access may be requested to allow you to capture photos or media within the app. The camera is only accessed when you actively use features requiring it and is never used in the background. You may revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings.

4. Use of Data

We use collected data to operate and improve the App, provide support, analyze usage, ensure compliance, and communicate with you about updates and promotions.

5. Firebase Backend

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, crash reporting, and analytics. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and may be processed in Google Cloud facilities in the United States.

6. Advertising and Analytics

We use Google AdMob to serve ads and Firebase Analytics to understand user engagement. These services may collect device identifiers, ad interactions, and app usage metrics.

Google AdMob may use cookies and advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID) to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through Android Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization, or iOS Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking.

You can delete your In-Tune Moto account directly in the app by opening the Profile tab, opening the Settings menu, and selecting Delete Account.

You can also request deletion of your account and app information by emailing support@esperianinteractive.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 3 business days.

Data may be stored or processed in other regions through Google Cloud, with security safeguards under U.S. data protection standards.

11. Security

We use TLS encryption, authentication controls, and secure Google Cloud storage to protect data, but no system is fully secure.

13. Updates
